Yes, Support Packages allow for a portion of hours to be rolled over to the next month. Every support package starts with a certain number of purchased hours that can be used/consumed each month. If your company does not use all of them, a defined amount may be rolled over to be used the following month. The hours cannot be rolled over for more than one month, they do not compound, and the current month's hours will always be consumed prior to the rollover hours. For example: If you have a 4-hour package, you are allowed two rollover hours. If your contract begins in January, and you only use two of the four hours that month, the remaining two hours may be rolled into February for a total of six hours. Then the following scenarios are possible: • Use 6 hours, no rollover hours for March • Use 5 hours, no rollover hours for March • Use 4 hours, no rollover hours for March • Use 3 hours, 1 rollover hour for March • Use 2 hours, 2 rollover hours for March • Use 1 hour, 2 rollover hours for March • Use 0 hours, 2 rollover hours for March

The Support Package agreements are for 12 months.

Every support package allows for a certain number of hours to be used/consumed every month. If you have a request that requires more time than a Support Package allots, you can pay for the additional hours at a fixed, agreed-upon reduced rate. Note that the standard support rate is $190/hr.

Yes, depending on your needs and situation there is a one-time start-up fee of either $200 or $300. The $200 fee is to get you established with a support specialist, and to create a detailed profile of your company, application, expected ongoing needs, etc. The $300 fee includes the above as well as the establishment of your source code on our development server, so that we can quickly and easily make updates as needed.
